Privacy policy

This is what Amaware collects, why, and who else touches it. Amaware is run by REmomentum LLC. It is short because there is not much to say. We run your prompts, we keep the answers, and we do not sell anything about you.

What we collect

• Account: your email, a hashed password, your company domain, and your time zone.
• Workspace: your brand details, competitors, prompts, the engines you chose, and every answer the engines gave, with the pages they cited.
• Billing: your Stripe customer id and subscription status. Stripe holds the card. We never see the number.
• Usage: pages visited on our sites, through Google Analytics, and the requests your browser makes to our servers, with a hashed IP address kept for rate limiting.
• Demo requests: if you book a demo, your name, email, company and what you told us you want to see.

Why

To run your workspace, to bill you, to keep bots and abuse out, to answer your emails, and to understand which parts of the site people use. That is the list.

Who else touches it

• Vercel hosts the sites and the app.
• Supabase stores the database, in the United States.
• Stripe handles payments.
• Cloudflare runs DNS and the Turnstile check on public forms.
• Google Analytics measures site usage.
• Cal.com handles demo bookings.
• DataForSEO and Perplexity capture engine answers. They receive your prompts, never your account details.

None of them gets your data for their own use. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Cookies

One cookie keeps you logged in to the app. Google Analytics sets its own measurement cookies on amaware.ai and platform.amaware.ai. There are no advertising cookies.

How long we keep it

Answers and history stay for as long as your workspace exists, up to the history window of your plan. When you delete a workspace, or when an account has been closed for 30 days, the data is removed. Billing records stay as long as tax law requires.

Your rights

You can export your data from Settings, correct your account details there, and delete the workspace yourself. If you are in the EU, UK or California you have the further rights those laws give you, and you can exercise all of them by emailing hello@amaware.ai. We answer within 30 days.

Security

Traffic is encrypted, the database enforces row-level access, secrets live outside the code, and public forms are rate-limited and bot-checked. If we ever learn of a breach that affects you, we tell you promptly.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we email account holders before it takes effect. Questions go to hello@amaware.ai.
