Terms of service
These terms cover your use of Amaware, the AI visibility service at amaware.ai and platform.amaware.ai. Amaware is run by REmomentum LLC, which is who "we" means below. By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you are signing up for a company, you confirm you can bind that company.
What Amaware does
You give us a list of prompts. Every day we run them on the AI engines you pick, record what the engines say about you and your competitors, and turn the gaps into a ranked list of things to publish, each with a brief. You can read all of it in the app, over MCP, or through the API where your plan includes it.
Your account
- Keep your password to yourself. What happens under your login is on you until you tell us it has been compromised.
- One workspace per brand on Starter and Pro, five on Growth. Seats are unlimited on every plan.
- You must be 18 or older and using Amaware for work.
Trials, billing and cancelling
- Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial. You add a card to start it. Nothing is charged during the trial.
- On day 8 the card is charged for the plan you picked, and then every month on that date, until you cancel.
- Cancel any time from Settings. Cancelling stops the next charge. The current month runs to its end. We do not refund a month that has started, except where the law says we must.
- Prices are in US dollars and exclude tax. If we change a price, we tell you at least 30 days before it applies to you.
- Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
Prompt limits and fair use
Each plan tracks a set number of prompts on three engines. You can swap prompts and engines whenever you like. Running the service through automation that goes past those limits, scraping the app, or reselling access without an agency agreement with us ends the account.
Your data and your content
- Your prompts, brand details, competitor list and everything the engines said stay yours. We use them to run your workspace and to improve the service in aggregate, never to sell to anyone.
- Briefs are written for you to hand to your own AI or writer. What you publish from them is yours, and so is the responsibility for it.
- You can export your data from Settings, and deleting the workspace removes it within 30 days.
What the engines say is not our claim
We record what ChatGPT, Gemini, Google and Perplexity answer. We do not write those answers, we cannot change them, and we do not promise any engine will name you. The numbers in the app are counts of what was captured, on the days it was captured.
Availability
We aim for the daily run to complete every day, and it usually does. Engines change, block, or go down, and when one does, that day's capture for that engine is marked missing rather than made up. We can pause a workspace that is running up an unusual bill on our side and will tell you when we do.
Limits on liability
Amaware is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you in any 12 months is capped at what you paid us in those 12 months.
Ending things
You can close your account whenever you like. We can close an account that breaks these terms, after a warning where one is reasonable. Either way, you can take your data with you.
Changes and law
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we email you before it takes effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA. Questions: hello@amaware.ai.
